5. Subscription & Billing

Access to premium picks requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not share your account credentials or picks with non-subscribers. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All picks, analysis, and content provided by SkegBets are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content publicly without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkegBets and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our picks or the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.
