1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using SkegBets ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. About SkegBets

SkegBets is an editorial publication providing sports analysis and recommendations for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a licensed bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets or wagers of any kind, hold customer funds, or facilitate gambling transactions. Any decision to wager based on our analysis is the sole responsibility of the reader and must be conducted through a licensed operator in their jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use SkegBets. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts where we have reason to believe this condition is not met.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Sports betting involves significant financial risk. SkegBets does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return on investment. All picks and analysis represent the opinion of our team based on information available at the time of publication. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You bet entirely at your own risk. SkegBets accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of following our picks.

5. Subscription & Billing

Access to premium picks requires a paid monthly subscription at $89 per month (USD). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our Merchant of Record, Whop Technologies, Inc., who handle payment processing on our behalf. Charges from this service will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "WHOP" or a similar Whop-issued descriptor. Your purchase is also subject to the terms of our Merchant of Record, available at https://whop.com/terms. Pricing is subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

SkegBets is a digital subscription service. Once you have accessed picks during a billing period, that period is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time using the Manage subscription link on your account page (which opens our payment processor's secure portal) or by emailing support@skegbets.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your access remains active until then. We do not issue partial-month refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after an unauthorized account access), contact support@skegbets.com within 30 days and we will investigate promptly.

7. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@skegbets.com within 14 days of your first payment. Please note: by explicitly requesting that the Service begins immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be limited once the Service has been fully performed or digital content has been accessed.

8. Free Picks

New users are entitled to 5 free pick articles before a subscription is required. Free picks are provided at our discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Free picks do not constitute a contractual entitlement.

9. Account Responsibility

Each subscription grants access to one user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and you may not share them. Account sharing (including providing your login to another person, allowing concurrent use of your account, or distributing premium content to non-subscribers) is grounds for immediate termination without refund. We may monitor for concurrent sessions and unusual access patterns to enforce this policy.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Redistribute, resell, scrape, republish, or otherwise share our picks, analysis, or any premium content • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access, collect, or store content from the Service • Attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, free-pick credits, or rate limits • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, keys, or credentials from the Service • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including in jurisdictions where sports betting analysis services are restricted Violations are grounds for immediate termination without refund. Where appropriate, we may report violations to law enforcement or pursue civil remedies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on SkegBets (including picks, analysis, articles, and design) is the intellectual property of Skeg Bets and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or share our content without prior written permission.

12. Reader Resources

SkegBets does not offer, accept, or facilitate gambling. If you choose to act on our analysis by wagering with a licensed third-party sportsbook, please do so responsibly and never wager more than you can afford to lose. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skeg Bets and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on our picks. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@skegbets.com. Upon termination, your access to premium content will cease immediately.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from any mandatory protective provisions of the law of your country of residence. For any disputes, please contact us first at support@skegbets.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
